whether inc-27 is to be filed for conversion of public company into private company...
As i filed order recived from regional director in inc-28..
but still master data is not change.

NCLT has no power to convert public Company into private Company, hence there is no requirement of filing form INC 27 with Registrar of Companies.

But we have not received certificate of conversion...and master data has not changed yet .
what to do.?
