hi all,
company is incorporated in Oct 1 2018.
can you please suggest what all the ROC firms that has to be filled withi n 30 days.
is INC 22 Mandatory now ?. please find the attached MCA FAQ on this.

If incorpoarated with Spice form and registered address and corresponda ce address are same, then INC -22 need to not be filed.
ADT-1 appointment of first auditor
issue share certificate within 60 days of incorporation

ADT-1 is not required to be filed, you can simply pass a resolution for appointment of auditors and after agm you can file ADT-1 for five years

agree with Divya. For first appointment ADT 1 is not mandatory

Hello Divya Vyas ! My key queries are 1)How is stamp duty paid on Issue of share certificates ? 2) Are these issued share certificates need to be filed with registrar ?

1. stamp duty on shares are paid to revenue department, you can login on stockholding site and apply there for stamp duty
2. No there is no requirement to file the shares with ROC
