can i import sale from GSTR-1 json Or excel in tally

Yes it can be imported to Tally by uploading first the TDL file then after that you can upload the excel file by giving the file path

In straight way, NO.
But, In Tally, You can add any supported ADD ON features and Use the excel/json from GST website.
