The director of the company goes to abroad and brings mobile instruments which is included in the fixed assets of the company.
Is there any liability on the part of company to pay IGST??

Whether the import of mobile instruments is liable for Customs duty is a question to be answered? If liable then CD payable. IGST would also have tobe paid for that. The CHA if any of the Company may be able to take care of the compliance.
No the director has brought the same in baggage..so there is no liability to pay custom or any other tax related to that..
