Respected Sir, I would like to know, we have import goods and shipping bills in favour of us, but custom department shown IGST in shipping bill, but actually we don't have any credit IGST shown in GST portal. So, is there any process or reporting on GST portal for this type of specific case ?

No ... it will not reflect in portal , As the supplier is Non Taxable territory.
Hence Take the credit for IGST in 3b & nothing has to be report in this regard on Portal
