If there is a conversion of Partnership Firm to LLP and there will be change in the Pan No.
Then how to deal with the registration of LLP in GST. Can we ammend the earlier Firm's registration details or we need to make a fresh registration of the LLP and surrender the earlier firm registration certificate.
and what about the credit balance available in the GST credit ledger, will it lapse if we surrender the existing registration.
Is there any provision of transfer of credit balance in case of conversion to LLP.
