Dear Member/Sir,
I just want to know whether an industrial undertaking could work in a residential area. Are there any rules against it . Its really very urgent as in my information a similar factory is working for almost 15 yrs in a residential area in Varanasi . It works almost 18 yrs a day , causes severe noise pollution & I m Not sure but some Illegal activity is also going on inside the factory premises.I think there must be something which could stop such thing .Please do reply me ,also u can mail me on amulya_xp @ yahoo.com .i would be highly obliged.
