Hi everyone,
i am filing ITR 2 as my brother has visited NY for 3 months and he was in US payroll earned salry in US dollars but i am confused regarding the amount to be included in salary as he got the standard deduction & exemption in the return he filed in US , so should i consider the salry to be included after taking deductoon of those amounts or should i ignore them
Please help me as soon as possible

How to file, declare and compute totally depends on what is the residency status of your brother in India and US. With only 3 months os continuous USA stay, he is Non Resident of USA and Resident for India.
