I am manufacturer in Gujarat state and my customer is out of India. he said that supply to material in Maharashtra state. (this is transition applicable in export or domestic sale), also in this transaction IGST applicable......?

To whom your invoicing, whether your customer holding an office in India? or you giving the materials to someone with intimation of your customer?

my customer office in out of India he raised the purchase orders bill to address in out India address and ship to address in Maharashtra state also he is giving order dispatch the material in Maharashtra state. my manufacturer unit in Gujarat please

yes I had raised the GST invoices and ship to address metion in GST number...?

GST number mentioning in manufacturer gujart state and ship to material, this customer mention GST number in tax invoice. bill to- out of customer name. no GST number...?
