Igst refunds not received for may 2019

Hi,

Is anyone facing similar problem?

For the month of May 2019, We did file the returns on June 6th...The Export Invoice got transmitted to ICEGATE...and the response code is also "SB000"... but the scroll is not generated....It's been 40 days now and we still have not received the refund...When we spoke to Customs official, he said "the status at Customs is ' Ready' but the system verification is in process...So, you have to contact GST Network" ..what does this mean?? bit confused as the IGST amount is huge...

Let me know if anyone has gone through/ going through such phase...
