Igst or Sgst with Cgst
An exhibition fair at Kochi Kerala State taken casual trader registration also. I have 10 participants. Accomodation book in exhibition name with sgst and cgst. All participants are from state other than Kerala. I need to invoice to participants. All participants had gstn of other state. need to bill as igst or sgst with cgst. exhibition conducted in Kerala State. pl reply

As per section 12 sub section 7(b) (i) of the IGST act 2017 , when you are providing services to registered person , place of supply is location of that person therefore IGST applicable in case of exhibition .
Yes, igst applicable for inter state sales.
Respected sir as the 10 participants who came to Kerala and availed premises @ Kerala. as such my question is Sgst and Cgst instead of Igst eventhough all participants had GST number outside Kerala. Kindly clarify
As per IGST act section 2017 section 12 sub section 7 (a) (i) IGST will applicable for exhibition.
