IGST OR C+S
An unregistered GTA from Jharkhand has issued bilty to us, we being Registered party in West Bengal. My question is are we reqd. to pay IGST OR C + S under RCM and also state the relevant section and rule regarding this.

sir gee in reverse charge mech. no matter whether pay any of the tax as the tax gas to go to wesT bengal in either case

@Somalji..the video is not relevant with my question. The video is describing about registered and unregistered recipient whereas my question is of unregistered GTA. Please clear.
