Yes... In case supplies received from the suppliers who is supply u/s 9(3) of CGST & sec 5(3) of IGST

suppose if A in delhi provides services to B in UP, on which RCM is applicable and services are provided in UP, so A will be liable to pay IGST or CGST/SGST on RCM ?

it is security service and service provider is unregistered
GTA services being provided to Registered person in other state (As per Section 12(8) IGST ACT))
