IGST input wrongly claimed as CGST and SGST. How to deal with this is GSTR 9 and 9C?

The time limit for claiming 2018-19 ITC has been lapsed. The wrongly availed CGST & SGST to be reversed in GSTR-9 and need to be paid through DRC-03 along with interest.
