Is IFSC Code necessary to mention if the ITR is being filed physically??

yes it is compulsory, you can trace it from website by putting MICR code of bank. you can also get the same info from bank website.

Yes IFSC is mandatory. you can get IFSC code information from https://www.ifscmicr.in
