I dont know whether i can give u suggestions or not, b'cos i am yet to clear both of my final. But I hope i will  clear this attempt with the blessings of god.

First thing believe in yourself, daily in the morning after u wake up from ur bed tell to urself the following:

I can do it

I am the best

god is with always with me

I going to be winner

today is going to me better.

this is as provided by one of the fellow cci member.

also try to sit calmly for 10 to 15 minutes in the morning without any thinking (if u wish u can think of ur favourite god - i used to visualise the eyes of shridi sai baba)

Second thing

I am writing this in the hope that u r not working.

daily read all the subject.

when u r reading please note in a dairy or in note book the timings u r spending in each subject. in this case u should be true to urself otherwise it is of no use. u have to write every break even if u take break for tea, water etc.. whatever it is make a note. like the following

8.00 am - 10.00 am - isca

10.01 am - 10.15 am - tea, bath room etc

10.16am - 12.15 pm - dt

12.16 pm - 3.15 pm - costing

3.16 pm - 3.30 pm - tea break

3.31 pm - 6.00 pm - idt

6.01 pm - 8.00 pm isca

the above are just an example.

next day go through it and check whether u r spending too much of leisure time, since u r not working u can spend 12 to 14 hours for ur study. If u r true to urself then u vl definitely succeed with the above.

third thing: books which i am following

AMA - saravana prasad, practice manual, compilation

ISCA - practice manual, compilation

DT - tn manoharan, practice manual, recent case laws & amendments

IDT - bangar, practice manual, recent case laws & amendments

compulsory to refer

rtp

practice manuals & compilation

recent case laws & amendments.

one important thing - follow only one book, dont keep on following lot of books for references like for ama - follow either above mentioned book or the book u prefer, but dont follow saravana prasad, parag gupta, sanjay agarwal etce.. it will definitely confuse. so follow only one book.

ABOVE ALL ONLY UR BELIEF IN U WILL MAKE U REACH THE FRUIT OF SUCCESS

Chintan, I can understand how frustrating it can be, but think of it now. You have no option but to study and ultimately succeed. You can take heart from your past efforts. You are succeeding in a given subject every term, but collectively it isn't working. In May, you have a huge burden off your back - Costing. So with three subjects, all you need now is confidence in yourself, since you surely are hard working and dedicated, which goes without saying.

I know it's easier said than done, but your patience is being tested now, and believe me, you'll emerge stronger on this front than most people who've cleared in 1st/2nd attempt.

I am giving u example of my cousin brother...he had secure rank in his 10,12.std...also in pe-1,clear in first atempt pe-2,but he could not clear his final in first attempt..after 4 atempt he could clear his ca...now he is a ca...

so never give up...just belive in ur self...u can do it...now you have to prepare for just 3 subject...so do practice manual and module if institute...yoy will sure through in this may...and one more thing never think that this time i have secure this many mark so next time i will also cover....u have to work eqally in all subject...now u have just 3 subject...isca,dt and idt...

so....finally   never under estimate ur self...though ur friends r ca now...u r also going to become in this may..have a faith in god...

I DON'T KNOW HOW CAN I SUGGEST YOU SINCE IAM IPCC STUDENT BUT ONE THINK I WANT TO TELL I CLEARED MY IPCC 1ST GROUP IN 4TH ATTEMPT SINCE I ALSO PASSING UPTO CPT IN 1ST ATTEMPT WITH GOOD MARKS BUT MY IPCC  I COULD NOT PASS IN 1ST OR EVEN 2ND ATTEMPT SO DON'T FEEL FOR PAST THINK ALL OF THEM GIVE BEST ONLY BEYOND OURS STRENTH SINCE SOME WHERE MISTAKE HAPPEN THINK AND ANALYSE YOU ARE PASSED ALL IN WELL SO IN YOUR STUDIES/ WRITINGS NO CHANCE OF MISTAKES SO THIS 2 POINTS CAN THINK

1.WHEATHER ATTENDED FULLY

2.IF YES WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OURS AND INSTITUTE BUT I DON'T TELL BOTH SHOULD BE THE SAME ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO GIVE SAME BUT AS MUCH AS WE CAN GIVE IN THAT WAY

3. IF NO WHY WE DON'T ABLE TO GIVE WRITE THE SAMPLE TEST WITH YOUR SELF

AND DON'T COMPARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS AS I TOLD MY FRIENDS ALSO IN CLASS I WILL TEACH SOMETHINK TO SOME FREINDS BUT THEY WILL PASS THE IPCC BEFORE ME NOT ONLY ME

first of all you have to be a cool and calm 

then start with very begining and study with conceptually 

if u take frustrations and tension with study , it will ruin your study 
try to understand these ....
it happen to me also and many of students 

so its better to avoid tension and frustratiins and study with EASY ATTITUDE ...

Leaving something at the stage where you are just a mile away to succes will always make you realise that at the end stage I could have made some more efforts. So today's Life would have been sumthing different........

What I can suggest You is that You are capable enough to clear CA Final in first attempt as your track record clearly shows. One thing is that You are remaining unlucky in different papers in each of your attempts. What you need is to just first analyse (take atleast 1-2 days) where you were lacking, what were the level of your preparation, what were your expectations and how You are shortfall of it........Take a thorough review of Suggested answers vis-as-vis your performance in previous attempts. To be successful in exam you need to change your strategy and methodology of studying. There is no doubt that You must have worked hard and also given enough efforts but something may be wrong in conceptual understanding. Always give exams with a approach that this is going to be my first attempt as well as last attempt..... Its better to stick with same books which you are reading as every book has same concepts and questions. Specifically

1. ISCA- ICAI recognises the standard language for exams. So refer Module only.

2. DT- & IDT- These are law based papers and requires in-depth understanding of provisions and their analysis specially DT. Go through Supplementary Study paper of ICAi for May 2012 exams, case laws, applicable notifications and circulars and amendments.

I just want to remind something which you really already know. still to refresh your memory, though this messge i am expressing this to you and many of you'sssssss.

the problesms and risks the frstruation all are here in the world to make sure in the path of life that what we think we did is always not to be sometime.

we believe that we did best buy why am i not getting that what is required and is for me?? thats thing will always be surrounded in this world through one or the other way in the ways of EXAMS...INTERVIEWS...JOB CHALLENGES... FINDING A LIFE PARTNER...BUYING A HOUSE........ GETTING GOOD THAN WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE.... ETC... ETC... ETC... LIST GOES ON...

Finaly hope you understood what your memory is refreshing you now...!!

now you are worrying for your CA II group exam. after that the job hunting.. then wife hunting.. and getting kids... they finding a school for child...meeting and fulfilling the family needs and finaly you will forget what you are and why didi you do CA and what life are you leading... finally ends up in misery..!! if you worry you are in misery.. if you forget and do whatever you wnat to do with full heart 100% sure you will be able to face the situation and the so called problems of life...

Remember!! the problems and the worries of today are tomorrows silly matters.

So now you decide and do what your heart says..!!

whatever happens just be what you are. if not CA do rest of CA. got it??
