dear sir i have small doubt i can purchase and take itc about my purchases and other party not file gst sale return then what can i do / pay again / reversal. please suggest

Tell the seller to file GSTR1 returns.
When your purchase is reflected in table GSTR2A, then you are eligible to claim ITC otherwise you should reverse the ITC in next month 3B Returns.
