If GTA is unregistered and interstate transactions . I will be pay CGST and SGST or igst on RCM basis please clear

The GTA is unregistered and They are in Other States we will be tax under RCM basis and IGST...
Also we can't avail the ITC benefit for this transaction (system can't support for the ITC)...

You need to show this types transaction in to 4B of GSTR 2 which deals inward supply from unregistered supplier and claim as ITC.

Inter State supply from unregistered dealer is restricted in GST you know...
Go to check as per your reply under 4B give IGST then see the ITC availability...

is we applicale for GTA RCM , if applicable what is the % of GST.

RCM NOT APPLICABLE... IF HE IS NOT A GTA.
