if date of notice is 14.12.2019 and the linit of filing of appel is within 30 days. plz tell the date by which appeal is to be filed?

Though the delay is permitted in genuine cases; but for calculation purpose its 12.01.2020.
As against date of notice, actual date of receipt of notice is recokned for conting 30 days limit for appeal filing
