Join cost accountants becoz  the work load in PCA firm is very low & u got leave for ur examianation prepretion. In a PCA (practising Cost Accounts) firm u done very wide renge of work.

Hi..Its depends upon ur interest. If u r interested in cost audit then must join PCA..However if u r not thinking to become PCA in future then must join organisation.. In organisation u ll get lot many things to learn along with good money..
