"SIFY Online exemption test from compulsory computer training

To facilitate the mandatory requirement for students having computer knowledge to pass the online test, M/s Sify Software has developed an online testing portal where students can appear for online test and will be able to download their certificates after 15 days of passing of online test. This will ensure that there is no delay in receiving the certificate after clearing the online test. Students can go to the online portal, register for the test and block a centre for appearing in the test. Payment for the online test can be done both in online or offline mode (through branches of SBI using Powerjyoti scheme). "Kanpur Chapter 9th SIP (09.01.2012-15.01.2012)

Kanpur Chapter of the NIRC-ICSI is organizing the new training programme as per the guidelines announced by the ICSI. All students who have registered for the Executive Programme on or after 1st September, 2009 are required to undergo seven days Student Induction Programme (SIP) within 6 months of registration and before appearing for the Executive Programme examination. 12^th STUDENT INDUCTION PROGRAMME [S I P]

02^nd JANUARY 2012 to 10^thJANUARY 2012

The ICSI – SIRC will be conducting its 12^th Student Induction Programme [SIP] from 02^nd January 2012 to 10^th January 2012.

As per the Institute’s guidelines, “Students registered for the Executive Programme on or after 01^st September 2009, are required to undergo Seven Days ‘STUDENT INDUCTION PROGRAMME [SIP]’ within 06 months of registration and before appearing for the Executive Programme Examination”.

The candidates can apply to the program in the prescribed from with the enclosures mentioned therein, to the ICSI – SIRO. The fee for the program is Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One thousand only]. The fee is payable by way of cash or demand draft drawn in favour of ‘SIRC OF THE ICSI’ payable at Chennai. Fee once paid will neither be reimbursed nor will be adjusted towards the next SIP.

The last date for registering for the program is 29^th December 2011. However, as the seats are filled on the basis of first comes first served, the students are advised to enroll for the program at the earliest. The programme will be held from 10.00 am to 05.00 pm on all the seven days.
