The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has issued an announcement clarifying the procedure of Restoration of Members whose names had been removed from the Register of Members, owing to non-receipt of the annual membership fee of FY 2020-21. Check out the procedure for restoration below:

Restoration of membership can be done through ONLINE mode only using Institute’s website by clicking on the below link:
https://bit.do/icsirestore

Only User name (which is Associate/Fellow membership no. for example A12345 / F1234) is required. Form-BB is also available there. The same is to be downloaded, filled, signed and uploaded. Thereafter payment of the requisite amount being shown be made.

The restoration will be subject to receipt of both Form-BB and the requisite amount. The date of restoration will be effective from the date of receipt of the Form BB or full requisite payment, whichever is later.
