Icai will kill me very soon

Friends i made a mistake in filling Exam form.....

In the heading "last Appearance Details of Final Exam" instead of writing 2011 i wrote 2010...... (in that exam i failed)

Further 

In the Heading of Passing Details of Final (If Applicable)......

as i cleared group 1 in nov 11

instead of writing November 2011...i wrote May 2011

Frnds Wat do ? i m getting tens now.....

i had already done with speed post today itself after that i noticed all these mistakes

ICAI will kill me....

Please help me

I am going to call ICAI Exam help line.....

what you think....will they accept my mistakes ?
