ICAI wants entry level salary of CAs raised - President,ICAI

All CA's are not getting good exposure during the articleship, only 10% CA's are get good opportunity balance lacks the skills.

So, need to change the article training method. Some inovative idea should be intrioduced intead of 100 year old method adopted in 21st century.

In the name of training CA are  getting work done from  the least paid worker( Articles). Nither article have any resonsibilty towards work as there is no employer-employee relationship nor CA's take care as they are paying stipend less than MANEREGA workers. 

The whole system needs to be revamp as per the modern days requirement.

YAh i am agree from SIR CMA PArkash Kataria ,

almost 90% ca not give training as required, The most of the ca engage in other business, who also hire the Article ,because of available at cheap rate.use for personal work,

I think that time has come when ICAI should modify the training procedure, because Most of the student could not get proper training , in spite of Waisting Three years. The ICAI should also consider about restriction on transferibility of Articleship, and allow freely transfer, because every body want to grow in their life , and want to get very expert knowledge, But due to restriction on transfer student who is working in small firm where there is no work other than entry in tally, their 3.5 year totally destroyed, ICAI seriousally cosider on this matter as well,

Period of training of articles should be reduced to 1 and half years, and balance  one and half year should be on job experience.

When anybody work under the employer emploee relationship, then he need to perform, also he apply his knowledgeand training in the JOB, so application of knowledge will makes CA confident. 

Currently CA's when joins the industry they have to compete with the CMA's, CMA's have three year on job  practicle experience and CA's have only  arrticleship experience.
