Icai proposed to introduce test eligibility for Ca final exam from Nov .

Yes it's true.
But don't get panic now as clear notification like when eligibility tests will be conducted or for which subjects is not clear, u just concentrate on your study, whateved pattern is u just keep yourself ready for that by studying all subjects. Even it is relevant for students whose first attempt is nov 17.
