Please clarify my query relating to exam application form. Registered under direct entry scheme and got registration letter from institute but while filing online exam form it is showing as date of birth details are mismatching and showing as can file exam form as provisional student how to resolve this?

yes u proceed and fill the form as a provisional student. they is no need to worry. apply the form and prepare well.
it is fault from icai end only sometimes the data is not validated , they will rectify it. nothing to worry apply the form.
