my principal not allowing me to register for excess leaves under himself, ,i have excess leaves of more than 6months. my final attempt delaying.

To resolve your excess leave issue, you must complete the extra service period and file the required forms (Form 107 for the same principal or Form 103 for a new one). If your principal refuses to sign, document your requests and contact your Regional ICAI office for formal dispute resolution or to seek approval for a transfer.
