Hi, find the attachment of Service Tax Board Resolution
 

Plz  i want the format for Board Resolution where our company is registering with Service Tax.  To Register with Service Tax Dept. The Dept. asked us to get Board Resolution where the Directors decided to register with ST.

Plz help me out by providing the Format
