Plz i want the format for Board Resolution where our company is registering with Service Tax. To Register with Service Tax Dept. The Dept. asked us to get Board Resolution where the Directors decided to register with ST. And in the Board Mr. X is Authorised to sign all documents which are related to Service Tax etc.,
