I.T. and S.M. Paper may 2011

plse sme1 suggest me bst book fr it.sm...had xam in novembers....!!!!

It was an average paper. I dreaded this subject the most as I didn't prepare much, but I think I will pass out in this, it was unexpected, flow chart of just 4 marks an theory question from decision table, but well I guess we are now well acquainted with all the possible surprises that ICAI can deliver so not much to be bamboozled ;-)

was not objective but GROWTH DESIGN and both statements were incorrect

INFOTECH WAS EASY...S M IS LITTLE BIT COMPLICATED...BUT PAPER WAS FINE OVERALL

Reason for second t/f:marketers are not only one who value to costumer but various department like fianance,HR,Production etc also value to the costumer.........
