Hi,

there is still lot of time for your exams. so i would advise u not to opt for selected studies. exams pattern is highly uncertain and make sure to cover the entire syllabus. however, there r some chapters to which u could give more of your time..

1. Cash/ Funds Flow (Also in FM)

2. Accounting Standards (12 marks in Accounts and around 12 in audit)

3. single entry, branch, hire purchase, partnership and amalgamation.

best of luck.......

Hiiiiiiiiii,

C.A. is not like Our B.com.There is no Chapterwise or Quetion Wise IMP Points Or Not Any Exam Pattern.Questions may be asked from any corner of our Modules. So we can't afford selected studies.

We must have to do all chapters.but important thing is go throught modules first. It will be easy and u will find all kinds of sums. For practice u can use reffence books.

Wish u good luck

There is not any fixed pattern for CA xms.. so, that will be better to do whole the syllabus... Becoz ques will be asked from any where, fom any topic, from any chapter.......

i fully agree with rahul

hi friends this is indu i need a partron how to study

I agree with Rahul. AS and AAS are two imp parts in exams.

AS will help u in Accounts and Audit as well.

I suggest u to do AS from D S RAWAT Accounting Standard book for May 2010.

& plz dont leave any chapter. Dis experience of leaving chapters in CA exam is  very bad.

Dear query poster,

imp. ques may help u pcc, bt wont do any good in final...

And if u find time from dec to may10 is not sufficient, im afraid to say the next line

.......................

Still u can use a thing called SCANNER by Arun Kumar...

No one can predict the exam pattern of ICAI exams..plz don believ it if anyone tells so..If u choose and study its at your own peril....ders enough time for u dude...there is no short cuts for this exam...better get it the tough way.. ITS WORTH IT FRIEND

pick up question papers of last 4 attempts and see each question. then start ticking each chapters from which any question is asked. all those chapters ticked is important and all those not ticked is most important.

i think your full list will  be ticked. so every thing is  important.

i have listened from students that JO CHOD KE JAO VO JAROOR AATA HAI.

dear TS

ICAI always comes with surprises in examz so i will advice you not to opt for selective study bCoz it may be destructive for you

2. Single Entry

5. Dept. A/c

6. Branch A/c

7. Hire purchase

9. Cash Flow St.

10. Partnership

11. Amalgamtions

12. Final accounts

15. Internal reconstruction

But Everylesson is importanat yaar

There is no pattern at all in CA Exam so be clear abt it and go through the whole course.

But ya in recent times papers are being seen to be more practicle related to ours training
