where should I enter b2c

You will have to enter b2c details quarterly
GSTR-3B will be available quarterly if you have opted quarterly scheme or if it was the default setting

Sir, we have not at all opted for quarterly but portal by default assuming as quarterly filer merely using the turnover for those under 5 cr...
