in input credit I gst is not available only cgst n sgst available igst is payable on sale so I gst can be paid against cgst

If you are not liable to pay any CGST and SGST
then you can fully adjust it against IGST
If you are not liable to pay any CGST and SGST
then you can fully adjust it against IGST
Input IGST can be set off against output CGST or SGST if available after setoff to IGST. Also Output liability on IGST can be paid from credit if available in CGST or SGST.
