Check whether PAN no in Form 16A is correct or not & approach to Bank and ask them to file revised E TDS return...
Dear Freind,
First of all ensure that u have fill your incme tax return without it u can't get ur credit by the Gov.and if u already fill then talk to ur bank .

This happens if the bank has filed the TDS return with wrong PAN or has not filed the return...
If the banker says they have filed the return correctly, You may insist the bank for a form 16A taken from NSDL site...
