06 August 2016plz help i get u/s139/9 defective itr for p/l & balance sheet detailed becouse, i had click to maintains book of account by mistake. i m tuition teacher i have only tuition fee income no other income.so i file itr 4 now i what can i to do for, can i file new itr u/s 139/9 or 139/5

You are required to rectify defects mentioned in Notice received from department, by providing corrections/information through online mode.

sir i try to do online but there requir to choes to file i m not understanding which file and i thing also plz tell me sir i egnor whole of whose thing, then there some issu or not

Dear Deepak,
You should not ignore the matter. Its not that much difficult also.
After login to Incometax-efilling site. Check the e-file tab, there is third option i.e. e-file in response to Notice u/s. 139(9).
If there is any defective notice raised by either CPC/Assesing Officer(AO), it would be displayed. As you agree for the defect, click YES.
Click on Submit link under Response column for the respective defective notice number in order to submit the response.
There you can upload the rectified .XML file (which you should regenerate after removal of all defects) with password provided in the notice.

if you are unable to file a rectified return within the stipulated time, you can seek an extension from the assessing officer (AO). If the mistake is not rectified within 15 days, or within the extended period, or before the assessment is made, the AO will treat the income-tax return as invalid. This is the same as not filing a return at all. In such cases, the benefits of exemption, deduction or carry forward of losses cannot be claimed as the return is deemed to have not been filed.
