To all CCI Members,

Please Solve My Confusion,;(

Recently a Clause Introduced that

-

Registration of PCC is Valid For 4 years

and

The Students Who want to appear in Nov 2011 Exam WAnt to Revalidate if Their Registartion

If they are Registered

On Or Before 31.Oct.2007......

And i m in PCC

And My date Of Registration Is 05.November.2007 (Just 4 days After Cut off date)

And i want to Appear in November 2011 Exam

So,

Acording to clause,

There is No Need To Revalidate It

I Call To Kanpur Branch as Well as Vishwas nagar Delhi Office They both told me That - no need to Rvalidate

I Asked same thing From E-Sahayta - they replied to Revalidate it.............

Then my Confusion arises - what to do ? Revalidate or Not.........

But my opinion , :)

the result of November exam will declare on February 2012,

Till that date (February 2012)

My Registration is Not Valid (Because it will expire on 5.November.2011.

Conlusion that -

According to Branch Offices - No need to revalidate

According to Clause - No need to Revalidate

According to E-Sahayta - Need to Revalidate

What i do ?

Tell me Please ................................

I adivse you that you should REVALIDATE considering the cut-off dates clearly mentioned as per the Notification and also as per the views expressed by E-Sahaayata.

Just call at 011-30210600,302106001,302106002,302106003,302106004,302106005,302106006

This is the helpline numbers for students.

You may call there and ask for the exact solution of the problem.

As per my understanding there is no need to re-validate bcoz logically relevant date for re-registration purpose should be the date of Examination.

However it is an interpretation based clause which involves inherent risk to your fair attempt.

There is no need tc panic...as u hv ample time to figure out the right way. So keep trying other means or visit your nearest branch for clarification.

My best wishes

They have cleared mention on r before oct 31, that means you can write this nov and after this attempt you need to revalidate your PCC...If your still in dilema just contact your chpater and get details...

Best of luck

according to provisions of ICAI you are valid till 4.NOV.2011(5.NOV.2007 - 4.NOV.2011) regarded as 4 years

i recommend you to revalidate with a fee of 400/- for avoiding any risk..
