i am a composition dealer and i want to purchase goods for an unregistered dealer.so how much i can buy goods on single bill limit so i dont need to pay RCM.

There is no restriction, you as a composition dealer can make purchases from unregistered dealers/persons. RCM on purchases from unregistered dealers/persons is suspended as of now, so it has not tax implications except for specified goods and services.
