The HVAT department has passed Deemed Assessment U/s 15(1) for A.Y. 2013-14 and has raised huge demand. 1. Now can be file applciation for reopen the case ? 2. Can be file application for rectification ? 3. Can we go for appeal ? Please suggest accordingly which is best option,if any other option then please suggest.
