I AM TAKING RENT OF BUILDING IN THE CATEGORY OF INDIVIDUAL AND H.U.F. SEPERATELY. WILL I BE LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX SEPERATELY IN THE CATEGORY OF H.U.F. AND INDIVIDUAL?

As the PAN of Individual and HUF are different.

First of all is the annual rental income is more than 10 lacs (in both cases) then you are liable to pay service tax. You have to apply for two different Service tax nos. which are based on PAN no of Both categories. and you have to pay service tax in both categories ie HUF and Individual
