HSN-090- Banana Chips , Mixtures, Kuzhalappam, Pakkavada, Kara seva, Murukku, Madura seva etc. having a brand name on which an enforceable right in a court of law or an actionable claim is there, it will be taxable @ 12%.
If the actionable claim or enforceable right in a court of law is voluntarily forgone by filing an affidavit before the jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner and the voluntarily forgoing actionable claim matter is printed on every package with indelible ink in local language and in English will be taxable @ 5%.
