Dear Members,
If employer has deducted TDS on total income with partial exemption of HRA (In my case I gave a declaration of HRA as Rs. 216000/year, but Form16 shows Rs. 153000/year, a gap of around Rs. 63,000/Year).
Can I claim HRA in ITR and if yes please let me know how??

Yes you can claim hra, But for that you have to file ITR return.
