HRA Exemption
I declared only 9 months of my rent to employer erroreneously because of which my HRA Exemption is NIL.Can I calculate and claim while filing my ITR?Will they be any issue in future

Any changes will result in mis-match with 26AS figure. Ask your employer for correction
yes, you can claim HRA only in case if actual HRA has been received and it is part of your salary.
