I OWNED ONE PROPERTY AND I HAVE CLAIMED HAR EXEMPTION . SO SHOULD I TREAT THE OWN HOUSE AS DEEMED LET OUT?THE BOTH HOSUSE ( RENTED AND OWN) HOUSE IS IN THANE. AND WORK PLACE IS IN MUMBAI.

IN OWN HOUSE PARENTS LIVE

AND IN RENTED CLIENT WITH HIS WIFE & CHILD.

If you own the house and getting any rent then it will be treated as income i guess.

just one house can be treated as self occupied but if u claim hra its a different matter
