Hello everybody , I need some clarification regarding HRA , One of our client  who was working in a Co. in Delhi &  he was staying in Delhi in his own residence.  He was not in receipt of HRA,  he had barrowed loan for Construction of Property . He was claiming deduciton for interest on the said loan under 24 in his IT returns.

Now he has been transfered to Bangalore where he is staying in Rented house and the Co. is also paying him HRA . Now my question is whether can he cliam  deduction for HRA (under head salries) & also deduction towards Interest on barrowed loan Under HP which is situated in Delhi
