How was the PCC/ IPCC Cost & FM Paper

Can anyone help me out with std costing sum...  was it supose to be taken at purchased or comsumption

i solved that sum of stdd. but at the main time, my mind went blank. if i get even 40; i will clear pcc

answr is 55 rs per hour according to halsey (40%)...very tricky
