OLD course Auditing was easy and direct questions been asked, It was so tricky !! The first question looks to be applicability of 274(1)(g) but tell you guys its not applicable to private companies for directors disqualification and auditor need not report on that !! On the similar lines questions were asked to test the in-depth knowledge of students of OLD course Those who have tied suplliment will have to suffer loss of marks. Morever the questions covered each and everything of Audit topics !! right from internal control to reporting stage ! Amazing questions, thanks to the question setter for bringing syllabus under one paper !!

Hope marks will be allotted in decent manner. getting exemptions in subject like audit is very difficult now-a-days !! all the best
