hie guys ,, the audit paper was application oriented and required an approach of common sense and pratical outlook.

the much hyped ques no . 3 abt SPECIFIC ASSSERTIONS nd ol was based on AAS 5 : audit evidence , the specific assseertions were existence , rights., obligations  etc ( refer ur aas module aas5 last page )

also the question involving CIVil Engineer is based on common sense , HOW IN THIS WORLD A CIVIL ENGINER CERTIFY THE VALUATION OF A MACHINERY ???????? u need a MECHANICAL ENGINEER to do so .

majority of the guys got this ques wrong and i would b harsh if i say dat the paper was easy .. but um sure as hell it wasnt hard.

Friends the bouncer question ( i.e. ques 3) was based on SA 315/330 it deals with "The Auditor's Responses to Assessed Risks"

I dnt know much abt it but i have heard that it covers assertions mentioned in AAS5 in detail.

quite easy compared to accts.................paper was really very good...........
