Dear Kannan,

In law you should write your answer on paragraph basis as first provison of act, analysis of fact and conclusions.

Dear Kannan,

The ICAI, in its guidelines How to pass CA,has suggested the presentation skills in Law papers, in Final level they expect an expert knowledge. You have to quote the correct section and cite correct reference to get good marks.Again in CA Final the emphasis will be more on conceptual clarity rather than memory of the section. You can follow the following the scheme of presentation:-

Relevant Section/Sections,

The logical correlation of the given case law with the section relevant,

Analysis and the

Conclusion.

I hope you can prepare your notes in this way and present in the examination to get good marks.

All the best.

Thank you so much 😊

Dear Kannan,

Whether you write paragraphs or you write points, the entire relevant provision must get covered.

Your answers must have an introduction, body and a conclusion.

Use the language expected (eg. Use keywords, passive voice)

The quality of your content matters and not the form in which you give it.

Ensure that you cite Case Laws and use Illustrations wherever relevant.

All the Best!
