How to take transfer

Dear all,

Currently i am working in a firm as an article in kolkata. My financial position doesn't allow me to afford staying in the city. i am planning to go back to my hometown, but my principal is not ready to give me transfer. I have completed only 7 months of training, i.e. its my first year.

Please provide me some suggestions.
