I came to know that one of a unlisted public company's directors are continuing as a directors even when they need to vacate the office because of companies act 1956 from the past 6 years by giving wrong declaration.but now companies act 1956 is no more.
now how to take action against them.
You may issue legal Notice to the chairman of the company.
