How to take a legal action against an online store?

Dear friends I need a guidance regarding how to lodge a complaint against an online store? I had placed an order for mobile phone on www.Retailbunny. Com on 13.04.2014 afterwards on 04.05.2014 I had cancelled my order because seller had not dispatched my product. I had paid in advance through bill desk. But now Retailbunny is consistently making excuses for refund. they are regularly providing me future dates. Now I want to take a legal action against them because I have sent more than 10 mails and I have interacted with their executives more than 20 times but they have not provided my refund. I live in Faridabad and Retailbunny has it's registered office at New Delhi. Please friends guide me.

I had same problem with paytm. when my recharge failed. Firstly write them at their registered office,explaining all the situation chronologically with dates and threaten them with legal action. Then call them if it does not solve your problem,search online for consumer forum and lodge your complaint there. If still your complaint is not resolved,file complaint with consumer forum in Delhi with all the above said communication.
lodge a complaint with consumer forum with proofs of your payment and other necessary documents.
To get a correct legal view point, why dont you consult a lawyer and take appropriate action, if you have the conviction to fight for A long battle.
Very easy u can file compliant in simple paper in consumer forum nearest to u and demand money for inconvinence also. they will guide u in all process. Quick decision.
