Dear friends I need a guidance regarding how to lodge a complaint against an online store?
I had placed an order for mobile phone on www.Retailbunny. Com on 13.04.2014 afterwards on 04.05.2014 I had cancelled my order because seller had not dispatched my product. I had paid in advance through bill desk. But now Retailbunny is consistently making excuses for refund. they are regularly providing me future dates. Now I want to take a legal action against them because I have sent more than 10 mails and I have interacted with their executives more than 20 times but they have not provided my refund. I live in Faridabad and Retailbunny has it's registered office at New Delhi. Please friends guide me.
